Our Story

A place where
shopping feels like
something more

Factory Square isn't just a store — it's a destination on Center Street that has been shaping the shopping experience in Southington for years. We believe that retail should be personal, intentional, and genuinely useful.

Every product on our floor is chosen with care. We partner with suppliers who share our commitment to quality, then bring those pieces into a space where you can see them, touch them, and find exactly what fits your life — without the noise of big-box overwhelm.

What We Offer

Everything you need,
nothing you don't

Curated Selection

Every item on our floor is hand-selected for quality, utility, and design. We do the filtering so you don't have to.

Convenient Location

Right on Center Street in the heart of Southington — easy to find, easy to park, and easy to make a habit of visiting.

Quality You Can Feel

We measure quality by how things look, feel, and hold up over time. If it doesn't earn its place on our floor, it doesn't stay.

Fair & Transparent Pricing

No games, no surprise fees. What you see is what you pay — with value built into every price point we set.

Community Focused

We're part of Southington, and we treat every customer like a neighbor. Your satisfaction is our reputation.

Fresh Inventory Regularly

New arrivals, seasonal rotations, and restocked favorites — there's always something worth discovering when you walk in.

The Experience

Walk in with a question.
Walk out with an answer.

The best retail experiences don't feel like transactions. They feel like conversations — someone who understands what you're looking for, has the right answer, and makes the whole process feel effortless.

That's the standard at Factory Square. Whether you're shopping for yourself, looking for a gift, or just browsing what's new, our space is designed to put you at ease and help you find exactly what you need.
